1. IntroductionWelcome to Esimify (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using https://getesimify.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. ServicesEsimify provides digital eSIM data plans for international travel. After purchase, users receive a QR code to install and activate the eSIM on a compatible device.
3. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use our services.
4. Device CompatibilityYou are responsible for ensuring that:Esimify is not responsible for issues caused by incompatible or locked devices.
Your device supports eSIM functionality
Your device is unlocked and compatible with the destination network
5. Activation & Usage
eSIM QR codes are valid for 30 days from purchase
The data plan validity begins upon activation
Data usage is limited to the selected plan
Coverage, speed, and performance depend on local network providers
6. PaymentsAll payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By purchasing, you agree to the pricing displayed at checkout.
7. Refund PolicyDue to the digital nature of eSIMs:All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not guaranteed once the QR code has been delivered
No refunds will be issued after the eSIM has been installed or used
Data usage is limited to the selected plan
Refunds may be considered if:
The eSIM cannot be installed due to a technical issue on our side
The service is not delivered as described
8. Network & Service AvailabilityService quality depends on third-party network providers.We do not guarantee:Performance may vary, especially in rural or remote areas.
Continuous connectivity
Specific speeds or coverage
Service availability in all locations
9. Prohibited UseYou agree not to:
Use the service for illegal activities
Abuse, exploit, or resell the service without authorization
Interfere with system operations or security
10. Fraud & Abuse PreventionWe reserve the right to monitor transactions and prevent fraudulent activity.We may:No refunds will be issued for transactions identified as fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
Block or decline suspicious transactions
Require additional verification (including 3D Secure authentication)
Suspend or cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse
Refuse service to users engaging in suspicious behavior
11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Esimify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, connectivity, or profits.Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant eSIM plan.
12. Dispute Resolution & ArbitrationAny disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.You agree:Arbitration will take place in the State of Washington, United States.
To waive the right to a trial by jury
To waive participation in class action lawsuits
13. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
14. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.
